The area you are entering (Schitterhof and Schitterhof-Camping) is private farmland with a temporary campground.

1. Use of the campground is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.

2. Unauthorized persons are prohibited from entering private areas, areas not open to campers, and all security zones. It is also prohibited to climb over fences and locked gates and/or to cross other barriers or boundaries.

3. All vehicles must proceed at walking speed on all access and connecting roads

4. Visitors must follow the instructions of security personnel and other law enforcement officers. Individuals whose judgment is impaired by alcohol or drugs may be removed from the Schitterhof grounds and the Schitterhof campground.

5. The protection of minors is a top priority for us—we adhere to the Styrian Youth Protection Act; no alcohol for those under 16, and distilled spirits only for those 18 and older; tobacco products only for those 18 and older!

6. Visitors are hereby notified that the premises are monitored by video surveillance. The visitor agrees that recordings of his or her person, whether visual or audio, may be made and used without any restrictions regarding time, location, or content in any currently known or future medium (e.g., the Internet, data storage media, print) in any form and as often as desired.

7. Parking is permitted only in the designated areas. Vehicles parked illegally will be towed at the owner’s expense.

8. The State Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply throughout the entire Schitterhof premises.

9. The entire Schitterhof must be kept clean. Trash must be disposed of in the designated trash cans. The designated restroom facilities must be used for personal hygiene.

10. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

11. Animals and items that pose a threat to public safety are not permitted. (Exception: guide dogs)

12. It is prohibited to bring fireworks, sparklers, incendiary devices, sticks, poles, umbrellas, bottles, stones, sharp, cutting, or bludgeoning objects, or weapons of any kind onto the premises. Security personnel and stewards are authorized to inspect bags or clothing upon entry to the premises and to confiscate such items.

13. Music may be played from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. From 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., music may only be played at a “low volume”.

14. The quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. must be strictly observed.

15. Repairing motor vehicles on the premises is prohibited. Vehicle repairs may only be carried out if measures are taken to ensure that no environmental pollution results from leaking fluids and that there is no increased noise disturbance (particularly disturbances to nighttime rest).

16. Barbecuing is permitted only with gas in barbecues designed for that purpose. Wood- or charcoal-fired barbecues are prohibited on the campground.

17. The use of unmanned devices (e.g., drones), model aircraft, or unmanned aerial vehicles is strictly prohibited throughout the entire premises.

18. Laying cables and hoses is not permitted without the owner’s express permission.

19. The sale of food, beverages, accessories, souvenirs, clothing, etc., is prohibited on the Schitterhof premises. The distribution of promotional materials of any kind, such as promotional leaflets, flyers, brochures, product samples, paper flags, etc., requires the express written consent of the owner.
